This place is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and close to train street.

The weather was wonderful, had such wonderful stay with smiling service. The staff was excellent friendly and efficient all that time. I stayed in the room that was well maintained and clean and available with especially comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, the check in was smooth. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. Everything was simply very good.

After a terrible exprience in another hanoi hotel we had a warm bath in this hotel. Everything is perfect. No commentbat all. We did the halong baybday trip, perfect organised! Compliments for the staff! We had a pleasant stay!

The breakfast was varied with options like coffee, tea, breads, cereal, and pastries. the staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. - the hotel is conveniently located near the Old Quarter lake, giving families a space for fun, exercise, and relaxation.

I stayed in a beautiful suite with a tasty birthday cake and a luxurious rain shower for 2 nights.

It's really hard to pick one point that makes this a special hotel but if I had to pick one it would be their customer service. From the moment you walk in the door they make you feel like you are their only priority. They know always know exactly what you want/need, even before you know it yourself. Very helpful, informative and above all caring (at one point my partner sniffled and was immediately offered some warm tea to help fend off a cold). I will definitely return and will recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone going to Hanoi.

This hotel lives up to its good reviews. The staff were friendly and helpful.The room was comfortable and clean, and the location excellent. The rooftop resturant had creative delicious food at a reasonable price with great views. It is worth a visit whether you stay here or not.

The room had a nice decor and a cool shower that felt like standing under a waterfall, giving you all you need. Plus, it's just a short walk to the lake - can't beat that! 🚿

Wonderful stay! the location was right in the middle of everything. the room looked super sleek, and I absolutely loved the comfy bed and how clean the bathroom was. 👌 Definitely a spot to recommend!

The staff were extremely efficent and helpful and very knowledgeable regarding local tours, flights and local area ( sites, resturants, markets). I recommend using their travel desk as the staff have your best interest at heart. They will book your Ha Long trip for you and you know you will get a reputable cruise company.
